There will be a party especially if it is in conjunction with SISU leaving.

Not sure about the ST / license holders but to be honest I don't see why you couldn't go back to your old one.

There should be enough space for nobody to want your seat. Not only will some not go back until SISU have gone but we might get some boycott the Ricoh after being moved 35 miles from what they see as our home in Northampton.

Block 19, SS 30.

I booby trapped my seat so no-one else would nab it. It only recognises my arse print. Anyone else trying to sit there will get a nasty nip on the bum.

Surely you mean If we come back to the Ricoh - our return is by no means guaranteed.

Haha, I'm guessing it is much like Judge Dredds gun. Nice to note the row; going to make sure I am near you and need the bathroom every 5 minutes. "Sorry mate, *shuffle shuffle*"

Discussing this with a fellow supporter this morning. If SISU did manage to get the Ricoh cheap and we were playing in Cov again, the experience would be a tad sour because of the club owners past form ! Add that to the no shows , the league position and the quality of football, it could end up being 4 or 5 thousand on a gate . To be honest im enjoying my away days. I think i might leave it at that.

4 - 5,000? If that's the case they may as well build a new ground. It will of course be a lot more.

Of course there would ,if it was the old ccfc . This is a different animal we are talking about now. Some of us are resolute.

It would be more but not back to the pre-Sixfield levels by any stretch. So many people have lost interest in home games until SISU have gone, they have poisoned the atmosphere between club and fans; this will not dissipate entirely until new owners come in.

Beat me to the Ricoh boycott line.

On a serious note. when the happy day comes, if it's under a rental agreement and that doesn't include access to match day revenues I will be carrying out a NOPM campaign against ACL. I will also be encouraging others to do the same.

Boycotting ACL because they bought the rights to the revenue when the club needed the money, and won't give it back for free?

As if CCFC have some god-given right to have a share in someone else's stadium/revenues

I'm saying that access to match day revenue should be part of any rent deal. Nothing about sisu getting anything for free.

Yes. I had 4 seats in the corporate at the Ricoh and after all of the shennanigans at the club i decided to give them up after considering my position and the clubs attitude to their benefactors (the supporters).I now just go to away games with my son.
Still considering my position on a return to the Ricoh. Why?

Why should they be? Nice if they are, but we don't have any automatic claim to them. ACL would be perfectly entitled to hang on to them if they wanted to.

So if it isn't for free presumably you're suggesting paying more rent, but then they get some extra income. Unless one party is subsidising the other, then there's no point doing that.

True. I just feel access to match day revenue as part of the rent deal is more likely given that higgs have tried to sell their share back to the club and the only outcome is 2 pending court cases.

I wouldn't expect them to get all match day revenues, just a percentage. Unless they purchase the rights off course but I've already covered the outcome of that exercise in my previous reply.

Looking back I did that anyway. Never bought a drink or pie at the Ricoh because the prices were high and nothing went towards CCFC. Never gave it a second thought at the time about NOPM. At Highfield road always bought something.

As it currently stands CCFC willl never play in Coventry ever again according to our fabulous owners.

Not fillibustering or whatever SISU call it. Just what they have stated themselves.
