Isn't it a 3 game league ban, meaning he'd be back against Shrewsbury on the 14th Dec?

I thought the ban applied to league games only?

New season, new rules in the Premier League

Now this says, a red card ban will apply across ALL competitions. So surely the JPT game against Southampton (that Biamou played in) should of counted as a match ban and he should be back for Sunderland?!?!

DOES THIS ALSO APPLY TO CUP COMPETITIONS? There is Competition Specific Sanctioning for Yellow Cards in the following Competitions: Premier League, English Football League, National League, FA Challenge Cup, EFL Cup, FA Trophy (Please note Discipline in the EFL Trophy is Competition specific for all Discipline and remains unchanged from last season.)

He’s served one so he’s got Rochdale & Sunderland left to serve
