They post you the email and then you use that email to print off your tickets.
Which you then post to Wembley for you to pick up at the ticket office on Saturday.
You're right russri, its confusing - ticketmaster are inept. But this is stated on the club website:
Ticketmaster will be distributing ALL Coventry City FC tickets direct, including those bought in person - all supporters will receive print at home tickets, sent via email. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY - TICKETS WILL BE SENT CLOSER TO THE MATCH.
