As title. Sod all this nonsense about a new stadium you need to make a counter offer. The market value has now been established, there's enough info out there to come out with a counter offer. If Joys valuation was apparently so close she shouldn't have to go too much further to make this happen.

The battle to get back to the Ricoh has been won. The battle to stay there has just begun.

It'll be beyond their budget. They have a price and won't budge. I doubt it's anywhere near what wasps must be offering, otherwise there'd be no reason for talks to have not taken place with them

It's more logical than an inferior "stadium" in the Coventry "area".

It's about time we told SISU what the minimum we expect is and it's about time they listened.

No reason other than personal vendettas, stubborn egos and general cuntishness, no.

It really is the only reason for them not to do it.

Should we and our club be ready to settle for that or tell them we expect more?

They won't be able to counter offer anything, it's highly likely that they have signed an exclusivity agreement. They have voted and agreed it, there is no turning back,

I doubt it would make much difference now if they did, although if they did and it got turned down it would work wonders for their PR.

Now is the time to start calling bluffs.

You don't know that and there's only one way to find out. Make a counter offer.

No now is the time for serious discussion, and firm evidence of what sisu intend to do next. I've had enough of all this shit, the last thing I want is more sisu games.

I am surprised that you think more sisu word play is the way out of this mess.

Maybe not.. they done enough bluffing and it always seem to backfire.

It's too late now and we really need to concentrate on what the future plans SISU hold for the Sky Blues.

I agree with the second part. The Ricoh isn't for sale is the first bluff that's been called. CCC won't sell it to us should be the next one. If the latter turns out to be the case go back to Suxfields until we build our own stadium, hell I'd even pay to go in this time instead of standing on the hill. I dare say I wouldn't be alone either.

Exactly, it would a lot more people behind them in this "new stadium". Even if they know full well that contracts have been signed so there is no way it would be looked at now the other one has been agreed they should just do it.

Well, let's not prepare SISU's excuse book eh? Let's tell them what we expect their next move to be.

Well according to Seppalla, she says she met with them and still does not understand the machinations of ACL / IEC. So either she is lying / a bit stupid / or they have been deliberately vague about it all towards Sisu.

Why doesn't she meet with OSB and he can explain it all?

Whilst she's there he can explain to her how to keep a correct set of accounts.

There can't be a counter offer because there has not been an offer to sell it to them. If you mean a competetive bid then if I was the owner I would not entertain any bid from a company that had sued me.

You can only make an offer to buy something once the seller has offered it to you?

Have you never sold a house? The law states you have to personally contact and offer it to all 7 billion people in the world before anyone can put an offer in

When will it all end and SISU part ways with CCFC, which we can then rebuild upwards as a club and a community free from politics and back to what it should all be about, the club and its fans and football???

Is such a thing ever possible again?

The lease has always been available. The same lease that Wasps are after. But Joy has only ever wanted the freehold for some reason.
