MR is manager - he may be punishing Max for an 'outburst'(but you would hope it is a fixed period, rather than a petulant response) Managers need to be firm with players, otherwise, without boundaries , chaos will ensue. Fans will be ok with that while the team is winning, but cite it as an example of poor management when the team is not. I am a Max fan, seems a really nice guy, so hope he and MR can patch it up asasp.
Rather have him on the bench than Bakayoko.Forgetting whether he’s a nice guy or not (fairly irrelevant)... he’s an effective player and puts his neck on the line for this club when he’s on the pitch.
Hope he’s given a chance at this level but just don’t see where he fits in a 433. He’s not going to dislodge Godden for the central spot and he’s not a wide forward.
I don’t think he was robins signingTrouble with Baka is that Robins spent a lot of money (too much) on him and is hopeful he’ll turn a corner and recoup some value. Spolier; he won’t.

My thoughts....I think he was scouted by Tommy Widdrington, who joined quite quickly after Robins but it isn't clear whether Robins had any say in that. It seems unlikely.
Suspect he may go on loan until January in the next few days, his wife has just given birth yesterday/Monday I believe so he's probably focused on her and the newborn right now
