Sunday morning pub team?

They own the players registrations but have no ground to play at and no league share to play in.

Presumably they can sell whoever they like to anybody and we can just start again with a clean stlate and offer new sensible contracts to players?

Surely the players go with the league share....

Maybe they could loan them to ACL and they could start a team

A loan to the value of £1.3m perhaps?

And bye bye David Bell and Sheffers?

It really is complicated.
In theory, someone could buy the Golden Share, then Cherry pick the players from CCFC Holdings and pay SISU a fee. The high earners and injury prone players are cast aside.
My worry is that someone who buys the golden share turns out to be a SISU connected investment .
So for a 10 point deduction, they have got rid of rent and lease and any crap injury prone player. Start next season in league 1 and ground share and stand a chance of breaking even.
That's the theory, but what happens in reality will become clearer after 2pm.

The players will become the responsibility of the Administrator once they walk out of court, as they cannot be separated from the Golden Share, in essence the Administrator will be managing the Football Club not Fisher or Seppala. This is just the tip of the iceberg, as the Football League has a real mess to sort out. Incompetent is the only word for Fisher, I bet Seppala will want his head, although she is as much if not more to blame for the demise of our football club, but at least there may well be light at the end of a very dark tunnel, as through the admin process we my be able to repatriate both club and 50% of the ground.
