I could be persuaded to get one and make the effort to travel down every other weekend IF i saw signs of investment in the infrastructure (Scouting network etc), investment and security for the Academy and a firm and realstic plan for where we are going to play long term, be it the Ricoh, Butts or where ever.............. i don't think i'll be splashing out any time soon.

No one can accuse me of being an optimist but we have the best chance to come back in season one.

Both relegation seasons last time round we carried over with the same failed manager and had grim starts. In both cases after they we went on a long strong run. The championship season was a joke we never made the top 6

So we have a new manager already in place.

The worry, which no one seems to accept, is the budget limitations.

Endless arguments about merits or otherwise of certain players is pretty irrelevant really. Players will have to leave. Those out of contract will have to be offered poorer terms and players in contract will have to be forced out the door. It needs an influx of faces. The Wembley money will only pay bills for a couple of summer months and the sale kitty will be fairly thin.

The other compounded issue is attracting players to a club with no ground after a year.

So loads of issues but a manager whose a good lower league record and a summer to make plans. Hopefully there is clarity and transparacy about what can be spent and when.

I do think we will be in the top 7 and probably another Wembley play off game.

So....we either need new faces in the door which I don't think is likely, or we need another windfall.

This can come from
1. Player sales, but as you say this won't be much. We will get a fraction of what we could've got in January. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
2. SISU decide to throw a few extra million at it in order to get us back to league one to make us a more attractive sale. Unlikely in my opinion as they seem in no hurry to sell and appear to have put and end to throwing good money after bad.
3. A takeover.

Failing any of the above, we are relying in some shrewd business indeed from Mr Robins and the tactics to go with. My money is on this if anything.

Well it is 7 not 6 so slightly "easier" - we should do a lot better as we have a manager in place to start the rebuild.

He's probably got a defence sorted with what he has and can keep. The other areas will be changed massively.

I think it's going to be midfield and up front. Defence if he keeps Turnbull, Harries, Willis, Stokes, DKE then it wouldn't be a bad start. Clarke will probably go as he was Slade's pal.

Too early to start guessing at the structure of the team. All of the current squad is up for grabs if anyone's daft enough to pay for them.
I'd like Kwame, G Thomas and Beavon to stay. I reckon they could score plenty in league 2 but can see bids coming in for all of them.

The big earners at the club in relative terms are probably Reid and Beavon. What he needs is complete transparency and if they eat into the budget then he has to make a decision on it.

The squad is a losing squad and needs a big injection of experience and players in relative prime age wise.

I can't see much money being raised from transfers. Would we get a fee for Lameries now under tribunal rules? We don't for bigiaramana. We will for Haynes. Willis is getting injured a lot so may stay. Stevenson won't attract much interest.

I hope we can sell Stevenson and Willis and get tribunal fees for Haynes and Lameries (?). I hope he can get Stokes and Thomas to re-sign. Burge has to be released. I suspect Bigiaramana will just sign a reduced deal anyway.

Turnbull I guess will stay and that's ok.

Can we force Kwame Thomas, Reid and Beavon out? I think we have to try.

Jones I think we will just have to keep.

So all through the squad there will be a major overhaul.

I'm not so sure there will be any a massive clear out. Stevenson did not go in January so why would he go now? He is in a relegated side. I think Burge will remain. Others may draw a bit of interest but I think the nucleus of what we have will still be here. that said some additions and a few sent packing will enhance and strengthen the squad from what it is now. That should be ample for a run at immediate promotion.
I don't think anything less than leading from the front will be acceptable by anyone. My hope is the confidence of a promotion will roll over to a similar run in league 1 and a place in the Championship.
If that's achieved I can see SISU asking for offers to buy the club. I'm sure we will be at the Ricoh still.
As we saw on Sunday once the momentum is achieved and we are winning games and challenging we have the ability to be 12th man and ride the wave with larger than normal crowds driving the optimism on.

I'm not renewing. I did say as long as SISU are there, but I'll go and pay on the gate. Fisher has to go at least. To call him incompetent would be doing him a favour.

How many times are we going to hear about 'improved communication with the fans', then hear nothing until the next time he promises it? He couldn't even manage anything after the win at the weekend.

How many time are we going to hear him say to judge him after the transfer window? Then when he delivers nothing, hear him say it again about the next one?

Nearly 60 years I've been going and in all those years I have always looked forward to the new season( even when we dropped into the 4th division) but cannot commit next season as the downward spiral shows no intension of stopping no season ticket for me unless Sisu go .If they do I will be the first in the Q till then will pick and chose my games, empty promises wont fill seats.

Pretty much decided not to renew unless something drastic happens over the summer, will pick and choose my home games and probably do a few more lads away days.

My own personal option would be

0 - I will buy one to ensure this club has a source on income to survive until the franchise cunts go bust and we can rise again.

So if they go bust we just step in ?
How on earth can we make a go of it if they can't.
We need to get rid of Sisu first and then we will rise again.
Think about it.

I think the support could make a go of it. Not saying we'd be challenging for the premiership or anything but I think the support could make a better fist of things than sisu.

I will buy a ST as soon as SISU are gone. I would miss most games because of working shifts alone. But I would buy one to give a bit of money towards rebuilding our team and club.
