Where is the option both parties re-negotiate a sensible rent reflective of the clubs current position with a possible increase again reflective of league position?
It's a tough one. Obviously we all want the club to survive. But for me, it does leave a sour taste in the mouth having to effectively support Sisu for this to happen.
The club is the most inportant thing for me in all of this, so I want the best deal possible, and if that means putting up with Sisu then so be it.
I don't feel I can vote on the poll as it is one sided and doesn't give an option agreeable to both parties.

That's what I thought. I'll vote on a "sensible compromise that suits all parties" when you add it to the poll.
Am I shocked that someone has actually voted for CCFC to go out of business? Nah, can we have a poll on who we think it is?

ACL have offered 650, 500 and the latest 400 and half the catering
SISU have said 200, 200, and 200 or we wont pay
The latest offer TF said no the other two directors sdaid yes.
I take it the compromise you refer to is ACL having to accept 200 which they say will put them out of business?
I have put that option on there
How is it a fair poll? The questions are still biased.
When it is the truth it no longer becomes biased.
"Mein Kampf"
ACL should sue SISU for the million pounds, even if it puts CCFC out of business - The six people who are voted this need their heads looking at.
Whereas the 6 that voted ACL should accept whatever SISU say is a reasonable Rent for the football club and risk going out of business themselves are of complete sound judgement?
