ACL should sue CCFC (SISU) for the million pounds, even if it puts CCFC out of business

SISU should accept ACL's latest offer of less than 50% reduction in rent

SISU should honour the contract they agreed to.

SISU should release players and pay off contracts to pay the rent.

Technically ACL cant sue SISU for the million pounds, as its CCFC who owe the rent money

Where is the option both parties re-negotiate a sensible rent reflective of the clubs current position with a possible increase again reflective of league position?

Correct if I am wrong.

The way I understand it.

Are ACL not pretty much coming up with the lowest they come up with whilst still making a small profit and staying in business. If they go lower will they not put themselves out of business. Maybe this can be clarified PWKH if he can talk about that.

If that is the case then surely ACL have laid their best offer on the table and SISU are saying no we want lower.

I am assuming if we have reached this stage bearing mind the legal costs that ACL feel they have put in the best they can and SISU want less. Surely if an agreement could be reached it would have by now been suggested.

Hence the options above SISU accept ACL's best. They reject it. ACL step away to save the club. They put the club into liquidation. SISU accept ACL's best sacing the club etc etc..

It's a tough one. Obviously we all want the club to survive. But for me, it does leave a sour taste in the mouth having to effectively support Sisu for this to happen.
The club is the most inportant thing for me in all of this, so I want the best deal possible, and if that means putting up with Sisu then so be it.
I don't feel I can vote on the poll as it is one sided and doesn't give an option agreeable to both parties.

Does Clarke need to be paid £60,000 a year with expenses and pies on top? Does the Club need both Fisher £150,000 and bonuses and Waggott?

Clarke do the right thing and serve the Club for nothing, or are you actually skint and just posturing?
Sisu get rid of Fisher and let Waggott run the Club. He has the experience. He was Chief Exec of Charlton. Why pay out all this and not pay the rent?

Just doing that would save c £250,000 a year. How far would that go to paying the rent?

I think that is because that is why we are at this point. They cant find an agreement acceptable to both parties. That is why ACL have paid a fortune on legal fees and the club are less than 3 weeks away from going into liquidation.

I believe that ACL are saying they have put the best offer on the table without going out of business itself and SISU are saying reduce it more.

So either ACL lower it to SISU's level and go out of business or SISU agree to their lowest offer, which SISU still think is over valued for league one status.
Or ACL say forget it and CCFC go out of business.

What compromise do you think is there. They having been trying to get to that compromise all season which is why we are here. I think the compromises are listed above for ACL go out of business, for SISU accept a lower rent that they think is still over priced?

SISU and ACL should sit down together and try and reach an agreement. The rent is too high but SISU shouldnt have refused to pay it, cus now thta puts the ball in ACL's court. We need to pay the rent bill ASAP and re-negotiate the contract with ACL. Think about it, where welse are we gonna play our home games? Highfield Road is gone, its not coming back. The Ricoh is the onlyt stadium big enough for Coventry City. SISU, just sort this mess out

That's what I thought. I'll vote on a "sensible compromise that suits all parties" when you add it to the poll.

Am I shocked that someone has actually voted for CCFC to go out of business? Nah, can we have a poll on who we think it is?

That happened but our esteemed Leader rejected a reduction of £800k.

The club CANNOT go directly into liquidation - whatever Fisher says! It MUST legally go into administration first!

This is all more blackmail, fear mongering and brinkmanship from SiSU. They believe they have all the cards, and because ACL have been lenient with them time after time they have continued to refuse rent.

It is no coincidence that they kept quiet until the game is up (so much for openness and transparency). Now they have a 3 week deadline all of a sudden you can't keep them out of the press!
Hopefully they will be gone by new year. My worst fear is "saving the club" is left to those wonderfully bunch at SBT! I really fear for the future if our only hope is them, because no way are 700 self-appointed people are going to raise the £10K EACH needed - and after my experiences of them, I would NEVER give SBT a single penny, as it left a really nasty taste in the mouth!

Slightly biased poll questions do nt u think ?

ACL should accept whatever SISU say is a reasonable Rent for the football club and risk going out of business themselves. They ll go out of business without CCFC

What is that compromise Torch

And if it is out there why has it not been agreed.

Am I not correct that what SISU wants puts ACL into a making a loss?

What ACL wants SISU still think is too high?

What is the compromise?

I voted for SISU should accept the offer of more than a 50% reduction, that is assuming we could actually afford that rent offered

Don that's a a very one side poll. I agree with Duffy, where's the both parties negotiate a sensible deal option?

£400k rent is still nearly 50% more than the championship average and 50% catering is still 50% less that the majority of the clubs get.

We are probably the only club in the country whose own supporters want their club to go out of business.

If they get rid of players and pay them off we would have even less money to pay the rent.

ACL have offered 650, 500 and the latest 400 and half the catering

SISU have said 200, 200, and 200 or we wont pay

The latest offer TF said no the other two directors sdaid yes.

I take it the compromise you refer to is ACL having to accept 200 which they say will put them out of business?

I have put that option on there

Are you 100% certain this is correct. Have both parties confirmed this?

TF has confirmed he won't accept more than 200k.

ACL confirmed they offered 500k a few days ago.

They then confirmed they made a lower offer the other day.

Numerous sources gave said this lower offer was 400k.

So the compromise offer you refer to that is missing from the poll. Is covered by option 1 ACL compromise to what TF says he will pay.

Seems quite an accurate balanced poll now, it has all come out.

ACL have compromised to 400k.

SISU have not budged from 200k. At any point.

Do ACL just accept what SISU deem to be fair.

Or do they go for the lot

How is it a fair poll? The questions are still biased.

ACL should sue SISU for the million pounds, even if it puts CCFC out of business - The six people who are voted this need their heads looking at.

Whereas the 6 that voted ACL should accept whatever SISU say is a reasonable Rent for the football club and risk going out of business themselves are of complete sound judgement?

You would have to ask them.

My concern is with CCFC rather than ACL though to be honest.
