Other than that unless its football or cricket commentary its streaming for me. Generally Country Hits or TSN1200 (Canadian sports station).

I have had half a dozen Rock Blocks featured on there in the past 2 years. Love compiling them just for the fun factor more than anything, done 70's rock tracks, but my favourite is when I pick 20 tracks with a link. Planet Rock is the best !I pretty much only listen to Planet Rock. It's a good mix of classic rock and newer bands and they tend to play harder stuff.
I can't be fucked with talk radio or zany forced banter on most stations.
