To be fair to Mr Nazon wanted to come off on a few occasions consecutively

I just thought there was a sniper in stadiums that made him lie on the ground.

Yep, such a shame as he's a player with so much ability but the laziest attitude of a striker I've seen in a while. Thing is he's not only letting his team down he's letting himself down much more

Agree with the comments re throw ins. We are the most one dimensional amateurish team in this. I honestly can’t remember seeing a side so poorly drilled in this aspect of the game. It’s either up the line to a man double marked or when we are close to the box it’s hurl it in. Problem is any side can mark against that...one in front and one behind. Also dke couldn’t reach our players in box so ball cleared easily. Absolutely no movement on throw ins; no one ever available quickly for the ball.

It's a failing within most clubs and executed Correctly Impossible to defend.
Every Club should have a long throw specialist.

I said before think Robins cocked up a bit with Nazon reckon he would have stayed if Robins had shown more confidence with him!

I don't think it was that simple. There were reasons why Robins sometimes showed irritation towards Nazon. I don't think it was a lack of confidence in his ability. He did not like Nazon's attitude to training for example.

I've made this point before.
We seem to be the only team for which a throw in is not an advantage

Been noticing this for years now. Every other team seems able to throw the ball to a teammate with ease, while we more often than not just throw the ball back to the opposition.

Surely that could be rectified very easily by working on it in training.

This is the one that struck me at the time on Saturday:

You don't work the line from that position on the pitch, it's an attacking throw. Absolutely no-one went short for the ball, Shipley and Biamou already double marked up the line. Shipley had just wandered towards Biamou, making it 4 on 2 in that tiny space. Bayliss nowhere in sight, Kelly protecting the back 4 from our own attacking throw. Already 1-0 down too at this point and just look at that empty space between Kelly and McNulty.

That image sums it up perfectly. Frustrating.

The Accrington throws were long into our box and looked a danger every time.

In contrast here's Accrington from a similiar position, inside the first 5 mins so still at 0-0:

Accrington haven't committed many men forward but their 2 forwards are within 5 yards of each other and occupying the box.
Kelly has just organised the midfield - pointed at Biamou's man for him, then points for a good 2 seconds at the free man telling Bayliss to step on.
Biamou's man peels off to make space, Bayliss ignores Kelly and Accrington get possession to feet 30 yards from goal because they have a free man totally unmarked 10 yards from the thrower.

Yes, I'd expect better from a Sunday league team. Both times I was just sat there screaming MOVE!

What needs to be done for Colchester?

Based on the sounds of the first half, my first thought regarding what needs to be done for the second would be "a lot"

Don't think we need to do anything.

Just keep the blinkers on and carry on as we are.
