they say this section has no staff, wages or material. so what does it mean?... they say it wont impact the football playing side of the club. will we still incur the 10 pt deductions??

Yep. That's the way I see it too. Looks like they are trying to be sneaky, but this will still bite them on the bum. Trying to say the 2 ventures are not linked.

anyone think it is possible (purely guesswork.) that SISU have transferred the debts owed to the council for the rent.... and registered them/placed them into this subsidury, and thus are trying to write these off this way??

The football league have not looked too kindly on clubs trying sneaky sneaky ways of avoiding points deduction, they can pretty much ride roughshod over everything and hit us with further deductions....

youd have thought so. but there must have been some sort of debts/money in this account or why would SISU have done it? youd have thought theyd have gone into admin to wipe something out?

Yer, look how hard they have come down on Portsmouth

Allowing them to fullfill their fixtures, still havent given them a points deduction. Gave them more get out of jail free cards than on a momopoly board etc

Lets see how they deal with this...
