Seems as if the FL are scared of SISU, got let off with the pitch invasion too.

Do SISU have something on them?

I think the football league and other clubs have lapped up the Sisu drivel how they were kicked out cos rent was too high.
They have all backed Sisu stance and think they are in the right

As I have always said they have only 1 interest - fixture fulfilment. Sisu have fulfilled that since day one. Despite the comments regarding "get your money upfront from them" they also have paid all major creditors other than 1. In the leagues eyes are are very fit and proper owners.

how do you reach the conclusion they have paid all major creditors but 1 HMRC also voted against signing cva so they must be owed as well

That'd because of tax owed on liquidation.

All football related issues have always been paid and that is their only concern.

Introducing the Football League Board;

Greg Clarke - ex Leicester City Chairman who oversaw their administration with no penalty and subsequent promotion, which caused uproar in football and changes in League rules to stop such scandalous manipulation.

James Rodwell - Notts County Chief Executive and previous Boston United Chairman when they went into Administration 20 minutes before the end of the season when 3-1 down at Wrexham and certain to be relegated. The FA and Football League threw the book at Boston United who were relegated to Blue Square North, but Rodwell was subsequently offered a role on the Football League board.

Seems like Fisher could be red hot favourite for the next vacancy on the Football League board looking at these two CV's.

It is a fair question.
It needs answering in light of the FL's unswerving rejection of their own guidelines.
Is it possible that there were historical oversights with regard to player registrations etc.?

i think its more to do with FL looking at situation and blaming the council

pitch invasion thing was out of sympathy for our plight that they believe is caused by the council.

I would guess a scenario could be the FL proceedures messed up when registering players, which was taken advantage of. I would guess that it has been pointed out that such errors would bring the right to governance in to question so they might want to stay quiet and ccfc would help them by staying quiet too. Also that any punishment of CCFC for their error would result in legal bills they could not afford to pay and the integrity of the competition is at stake - so best to stay quiet and accept.

just a scenario and conjecture nothing more - could be completely wrong and i am not making allegations of wrong doing

I don't think SISU have any hold over the FL and I think it's a little silly to suggest so. I think it basically comes down to the fact that we are an unfashionable League One club. If we'd been in the Premiership then it would be a different matter. Let's face it, the national media are only just starting to realise that is happening, but even so, the FL are still ignoring the situation and unfortunately they'll get away with it.
