Great video and the memories included.
Sorry I didn't post my thoughts, I must have forgot as I remember seeing your post.
Yes we must all stick together and the buzz you get everytime the team walk out on the pitch still put the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, Whether it was fourth years ago when we used to play the big six in the Prem or the likes of Cambridge away when you are soaked to the skin like I was this season. It's been the same for me for 45 years
You can't beat that feeling or get it anywhere else, well I can't

I thought it would be important to showcase what it means to support a team like us. Because we are unique.

I agree Ol it's unique, the lack of success has been a huge test for the majority of our fans.
I'm amazed when we get such large away followings, I think we have really special fans and it's an honour to stand with them when I go. It's a family.
Love your videos by the way, keep them up.

Made me chuckle as you were reading the memories out and then you read mine out about Cyrille Regis and Dion Dublin and our “heroes” who we now support who couldn’t lace their boots!
Football as we know during the last 20 years or so has changed (maybe it’s the Prem/money etc) and players even at our level are so out of touch with the man in the street who go along and support them. Some of them I wouldn’t give the time of day too and have ideas above their stations, unfortunately the same can be said about players at every club.

I unfortuantey missed Dublin, Regis etc and I’m more used to Beavon,Fortune, Tudguy. But I personally believe times are brighter for CCFC. The likes of McNulty and co are proving me right. Makes me laugh thinking about who the first player I idolised was. Good ol Freddie Eastwood.

I'm 33 so grew up with us in the PL before we got relegated when I was probably about 16 going on 17. Hopefully those days will return so our younger (and very loyal) fans can experience it. That being said, the way the PL is now, I kind of prefer the lower leagues.

Adversity binds people together and I really think a special sense of being a Cov fan is developing, particularly the away support.

Walking up to the game home or away doesn't matter.
Always optimistic always expect us to win, even a draw is unthinkable.
1-0 down to another mistake at half time doesn't matter after all we always play better in the second half.
Shed loads of missed chances in the second half means another loss or the rare draw.
Never mind after 2 or 3 hours of outrage theres always next week.

Nice - i find it hilarious to listen to the weeping Arsenal fans on the radio last night and this morning - they have no concept of being fans through thick and thin like most die hard Coventry fans - there is no right to win and you make your own luck !

It's like that every week on 5 live with the big teams, one loss and everyone is against them.
The ref should be banned the opposition turned up and outplayed them they never got a penalty from the takle in the centre circle. They really are not for real haven't got a clue.

Turn your lights on man!

(It’s because you have lit behind you and not your face. Nick your mums desk lamp and point it at your face until it looks right (not in your eyes, I accept no responsibility for any ensuing blindness)

Just don’t think he should look like he’s blackmailing world leaders.

Enjoyed that,
Just a suggestion - when reading try and put your notes/screen so that you are still looking toward the camera rather than to the side
