There is always time to fit one of those in.I'm back on Candy Crush on my phone. Been on Pool for a bout a year, but gone back to CC. I know there's thousands of games out there, but I try and avoid them as I'm so easily addicted and lose hours at a time (a bit like on here).
Tbh I wish I'd stick to wanking as a hobby, took far less time and effort.
Absolutely, I'm just less dedicated to the cause than I was in my formative years. There is always time to fit one of those in.
I finished DK Bananza too. What did you think? I really enjoyed it personally, typical Nintendo charm and just really addictive to keep going until you've finished.Just finished DK Bonanza on the Switch 2 and am now playing Cyberpunk 2077 plus DLC on XBox. On phone I play MissionChief
Nah, it's pubs, Wormwood scrubs and right wing meetings.Stinks of BO on this thread, I'm out
I think you summed it up nicely. Very fun to play and glad I took the plunge. Thinking about getting the DLC now when I have the timeI finished DK Bananza too. What did you think? I really enjoyed it personally, typical Nintendo charm and just really addictive to keep going until you've finished.
It's something to do in your downtime, it's less brain dead than just sticking the TV on. Think you might be at the top end of people who would be considered to have grown up with it but people doing it until they are older will clearly become much more common.I think you summed it up nicely. I do wonder if I'm one of the oldest gamers as I'm 54 nearly 55. However, I find gaming a huge escape from the pressures of work etc
This is definitely a thing with age. I need to be drawn in almost from the start otherwise i know i'm not going to go far beyond an hour before putting it down.Nothing at the minute, have got Game Pass on the Xbox so hundreds of games to choose from but I play them for 5 or 10 minutes then get bored.
I go through retro nostalgia, still have a lot of my old gear and its worth a small fortune.Rotating between classic PC games from my childhood:
Wolfenstein 3D
Caesar 3
Rome Total War
Medieval 2 Total War
Command and Conquer
On my phone I've played Clash Royale for about 5 years. Top 100 in the world out of a million. On console I am all about COD, although trying to keep space for GTA 6There is a 'what are you listening to?' thread but no 'what are you playing?'... i know there are gamers in here, way too many constantly online sad acts not to be. So stick what you are playing below and if you recommend. I've gone almost fully Switch 2 recently as i find as a father to a young lunatic, playing in bed for a bit is all i have energy for, although hopefully that settles down.
Aside from FM I don’t really look at new games, most seem to focus just on graphics and online multiplayer whereas I always just preferred single player games with richer gameplay.I go through retro nostalgia, still have a lot of my old gear and its worth a small fortune.
Purchased a PS5 about a year ago, but just can't be bothered to get it set up. Just sat in the box collecting dust.
Got a few days off next week, so will probably finish of Spiderman on the PS4 and fire up Cyberpunk.
I only play single player games. Too old and reactions too slow for multiplayerAside from FM I don’t really look at new games, most seem to focus just on graphics and online multiplayer whereas I always just preferred single player games with richer gameplay.
Bully is one of my favourite games. Such fun to playAlso playing Bully, that old PS2 game that came out years ago. Dunno why I never played this firs time round. its so stupid and funny.
Mainly playing Genshin Impact on the PS4, I've given up with PS Plus now. Ghosts of Yotei will be my next big purchase.

Is it a disk version? Are you looking to sell it?
absolute man cave museum piece that. Like my DreamcastI'm not looking to sell, it's the 30th anniversary edition console they had last year, so it's something I want as a display piece in the games room anyway.
Too many people slept on the Dreamcast. Some classics on that.absolute man cave museum piece that. Like my Dreamcast
Never played it. Was always a PC/PlayStation kid.Too many people slept on the Dreamcast. Some classics on that.
Literally the exact opposite. Nintendo, Sega and Xbox.Never played it. Was always a PC/PlayStation kid.
It usually takes me 5 or 6 games, stop start, until I find one that I can't put down until ive completed it.Nothing at the minute, have got Game Pass on the Xbox so hundreds of games to choose from but I play them for 5 or 10 minutes then get bored.
Played Nintendo with friends who had it after school sometimes. Nearly always the James Bond games where you ran around the map trying to snipe each other.Literally the exact opposite. Nintendo, Sega and Xbox.

Have always wanted to give Microsoft Flight Simulator a go but the kit for it’s looked pretty expensive. Is it worth it?
Please do. I have a decent collection myself although my wife may kill me if I made a full room of it. I've got a load on my shelves next to my work desk, the rest is just packed away.Fantastic console, I still have a play on 18 wheeler and crazy taxi when I get the chance.
I'll have to post some photos of my games room, still very much in the early stages.
