Howley has done well tbf… even though he’s really an attacking midfielder, he has played CB against Leamington, Forest, FGR and Wolves U23’s. He picked up a knock against Wolves so wasn’t involved at Oxford..still only 18 too…He played v FGR and Wolves last week

He’s not actually… they have been playing him deeper for the last couple of seasons in the 23’s but they allowed him to play further forward for the last part of the season and he chipped in with plenty of assists and goals… maybe Cov do see him being deeper as you say but he definitely can have a big impact when played further forward…He's a deep lying midfielder rather than attacking midfield

Potentially. Have only tracked him for the last couple of seasons and every time he's been fairly deep. Yes that would be true but I think he can offer the team more going forward… assists, goals etc but good to have that versatility and present differing options potentially…Potentially.
