A week? It's like that during the 90 minutes of a game.

It is the way that we draw that is the issue I guess.

Point gained this week as opposed to 2 lost.

I still maintain play offs a little too far out of reach.

Yeah, I agree. 9 points gap and we need another 41-42 points to get the 74-75 points 6th usually finishes on - that's pretty much title winning form. For any chance we need to go on a run where we win 7-8 games out 9 or so.

Just looking at last seasons table we were 3 points closer at this stage last season.

If we were going to have L Clarke and Wilson I would be pretty confident. Peterborough won today but are looking very shaky in 6th place, with our best team we could easily make up 8 points on them with the way they are playing.

However if/when Clarke goes and with Wilson injured we will do well to stay in the top half.

Even of they were for it would be an outside chance at best. We've got 43 points from 26 games which is 1.65 points per game (76 over season, 66 minus deduction). We need 2.05 points (94 over a season) to probably make play offs, even with Clarke and Wilson fit that would take some going given the rate we concede goals.

Moussa said it was the best goal he'd ever scored!

Don't bother recalculating again Stupot, but we've got a point more than you said - unless you/the Football league have deducted another one for some other discretion

If that's the case then this team is effectively 7 points better than this time last season.

That's assuming the team in 6th place are going to get 74/75 points though, if you take a look at Peterborough recent slump, they have lost 9 of their last 13 league games and will struggle to make the play offs unless they sort themselves out quick. The next best placed team is Wallsall who are on course to finish on 71-72 points.

No doubt it would still be extremely difficult but I would at least be optimistic, upbeat and positive about our chances if we had Clarke and Wilson for the remainder of the season. With the way things are at the moment I rate our chance as 0%.
