Well if they only rent, what exaclty do they get for the 2.4m? Do they get 100% of these naming rights? What about the match day revenues? Do they get a cut of any other activities? I suppose you'd need to have a complete, honest break down of everything West Ham actually get to see if its a good deal or not.

Maybe someone said look at the state of Cov before they signed any deals.
