And if guilty will all these clubs be docked points or demoted a division or two?

Points deduction has to be on the cards if found guilty. If they dish them out for other financial issues why would this be different. The language being used by HMRC is fraud so its not going to be someone making a mistake or forgetting to make a payment.

Hopefully same as Rangers... I don't think our FA would have the bottle. Also the stadium deal was a very very very good deal so I would expect some government intervention for West Ham

It shouldn't be a points deduction since it has nothing to do with football.
It should be a financial penalty and jail time for whoever is responsible.

How do payments to players have nothing to do with football? Not like West Ham don't have form as well with the Tevez thing.
