Just a bit strange especially after I've read about another 1000 jobs going to save £60m.do you really believe hand on heart that ACL will survive over ten years and on the flip side ccfc will survive in the same period with the current circumstance.all they need to is to agree a rent where everyone is happy,sounds simple doesn't it.

He is saying if it is sustainable they did not need to deploy a loan to assist them. The return would come in shareholder dividends and the capital could be used to fund projects they are cutting back on.

Millions of companies make profits and still have outstanding loans. As long as they can finance the loan it isn't a problem. If ACL can't maintain repayments you would have an argument, but seemingly they are, and there is no evidence to suggest that won't remain the case.
