The council are the biggest employer in the city, should all their employees be ignored?

What a silly comment.

So if I was related to a sisu employee that would not be a factor in accusing me of bias?

You're not officially divorced until we've seen the court papers young man. Don't try marrying another floozy on holiday.

I want to know what he gets out of the divorce settlement.*

* Not a lot. Its hardly going to be 'Ray Parlour divorce-esque' type scenes.

his dad used to work for council. that makes him bias. he shouldnt post about football politics with ccfc.

stop being a crybaby, you let everything else go no matter how many times its brought up to you.

His dad isn't on here to defend him self though is it? Hardly a cry baby like when you insult somebody and then report their posts when they say something back?

I don't think he should be ignored, whether you choose to listen or not is up to you.

tbf, you never know

But yes, should only be used to exemplify the point you don't have much control over your family/employers etc. and not everybody with an opinion is a dirty plant, however much we'd like them to be

For my part, I have had what I think of as small periods of hibernation with the City (will only ever be one club for me, like 99.9% on here). However, wives, ex-wives, children and Phil Neal (joking!) have caused occasional lapses in attendance. For me, it's hibernation, mixed in with half a dozen away games at the moment - but the passion remains undiminished. Just want to log on one day and find they (you know who) have gone

I think it's the end for me.

Last night I couldn't even be bothered to listen to the commentary on the radio, I've only just found out they have lost. (Wednesday 6:30am)

I feel so disconnected, disillusioned & disenfranchised from the football club, I've decided to call it a day.

When I read in the papers that SISU have gone & CCFC are once again playing in Coventry, I'll see how I feel about things then.

Sorry to hear you feel like this but we all get like that from time to time. But that's what happens when you're a City fan,you get knocked about and you think sod this for a lark, but you dust yourself off and just get on with it.
I noticed you started off by saying I think it's the end for me,so you're still undecided ?I've been a fan for fifty years and I'm still here ! Once a City fan always a City fan. So chin up and keep the faith.

I didn't realise I had typed "I Think" well spotted.

I was born 1/2 a mile from Highfield Road, supported the team through think & thin & thin & thin since my first game in 1969, CCFC's in my blood.

Now here's the thing, I'm not a football fan, I don't have Sky, I don't watch neutral teams, I don't even have much interest in England. The only reason I watch CCFC is because it represents the City I was born & lived in until I was 30. I'll not watch them again until they are playing back in the City boundaries & under new ownership, whether it be a takeover or a newco.

You just need a decent session of guidance counselling (I think you may get it on here one way or another) That decree absolute is a long way off landing on your mat. Come on man, pull yerself together! Yes it's pretty crap at the moment but we've been through worse. Remember the dark days of full members/zenith data? My god, we used to stand/sit on opposite sides of the terrace/stand, hardly saying a word, wondering what on earth we were doing here. But things DID get better. We learnt to laugh again (Usually out of exasperation, but laugh we did nevertheless)
I'll try to get away from work early tomorrow, we'll go to the pictures.

I can relate to the op and see no need for the flippant comments. It doesn't seem off the planet that someone's passion for the club may have diminished given recent events. It was always more than the football for me and I just can't connect to Northampton at all. Never been a football junkie
