To be honest lg the trainings fell by the wayside
We arr selling our house and thats taking up loads of time, but bootcamps ok
Hows are you both getting on

Yeah all good here mate, got about 10 days left in India before we fly onto Nepal.

Have managed one run in 3 months and all the curries full of ghie and sugar are taking their toll!

I think even reds is gonna kill me when I get back!!

Hope the move goes alright!
