Well done to SP and the team for staying up especially given they were playing catch up with -10 and all the other crap that's going on.

Please do not turn this thread into a load of crap about SISU or ACL lets take some comfort in that we stayed up given an huge amount of trepidation given the - 10

A small relief today on the pitch and well done

Couldn't agree more. A pity the last 4 or 5 results and performances (dare I even say 'attitudes', from certain playing personnel?) previous to today were at times disappointing, it left a bit of a sour taste after such hard graft had been put in to not only over turning that deficit, but to have the audacity to almost flirt briefly with the play offs.
Overall tho, a great effort from all playing and coaching staff, given as you correctly state 'The crap going on off the pitch'.

Great job SP has done, considering the off-pitch BS going on.

Very decent point today too against the Champions. Wolves still can't beat us in a 'home' fixture, no matter where its played.

Well done lads. Been a long hard season. Proud of my football club.

Thanks SISU for giving us a squad good enough not to get relegated from Division 3. Same again next season I hope.

Proud of the performance today, we gave it our all. Thought Webster and Marshall were brilliant. After the opening day defeat I remember checking the odds to go down and they were terrible so I left it!

We were odds on favourites to go down before the start of the season with -10 points. Pressley and the boys have done us proud by starting the season off so well considering everything that was going on. They could easily have lost the desire to play to their best to get us out of this predicament but they did really well until the new year which suprisingly saw us in contention for a play off place. The injury to Wilson and Clarke leaving did hamper us and the loan replacements were not good enough or did not have the same desire to do well for us.

However Pressley's objective at the start of the season was to avoid relegation and with objective for this season achieved we can take a lot of positives from an otherwise horrendous season (on and mostly off the pitch) with the emergence of our young coventry star Calum Wilson who has scored 22 goals this season and could possible add to the tally with 1 game to go. The off field problems are a priority to sort out during the summer and IF by any miracle we are back at the Ricoh we could finally talk about football matters on this forum once again and look forward to the season. Although It is a big IF...

Well done lads and sir Presley. Let's put this horrid season behind us and hope for better things next campaign. Starting on an even playing field.

Yeah outstanding season all things considered, as previous poster , if we hadn't lost clarke and wilson when we did , we would probably have been celebrating promotion now, c'est la vie.

started on -10, ended no relegated.

decent result, just a shame that we had our usual pre xmas slump, despite mr pressley wanting to install a winning mentality culture into the club
