Not been to any games this season so just wondering a few things
What is Webster like ? Good signing ?
Same for Manset
Anyone playing surprisingly well ? Young players etc
Who's been the worst player so far?

Really missing watching us play so just wanted to get more knowledge about this seasons squad without any slanging matches

Webster is the best centre back we have signed in yrs! So calm on the ball, all really easy for him and and helped Clark improve, Manset need to see him up top, he's an option at the moment not a starter!!! Need 3 more players cover for midfield and another striker !!

I've been impressed with Webster so far, good signing as we did need someone else at center back,
Manset hasn't had much chance to play, seems to have gelled really well in the squad, all ways see a smile on his face before a game and at HT.
Thomas and Fleck in the middle have been playing well.
Personally Moussa would be my biggest disappointment in the last few days, a dangerous player but seems to give the ball away a lot.

as for me going, well in the end just couldn't stay away from watching the team, where ever we play and who ever plays for us will always support them as best I can.

Webster is decent enough. Him and Clarke is a reasonably balanced partnership, they just need to organise a bit better. That will come given time.

Manset has got something, very raw, but he's way behind the rest of the squad fitness-wise.

I've been surprised by how good Clarke has been at centre back, Fleck and Thomas have come along a lot since last year, and obviously Wilson has been excellent. Daniels put in a couple of encouraging performances as well.

Worst player is a tough one, on the basis I've not seen us lose yet! Perhaps Webster or Baker, but that's not a criticism of either.

I'm surprised Jordan Clarke is fairing well at centre back never had him down for one in terms of build and his style

It seems to work fairly well. It sounds a strange thing to say about a centre back, but he offers a lot to our attacking play because he's got quality on the ball.

I think Pressley putting him in the bomb squad was the kick up the backside he needed.

Strange how opinions are different!! Been to all away games except for Shrewsbury and paid my first visit to Sixfields last Sunday (surreal!) So won 1 lost 4!! But played well apart from whole game against Brentford and 1st half v Crawley and 2nd half v Vale. Best player for me is Moussa, tho he was poor last week Wilson has started well and has great pace. Not certain yet about Webster but Jordan Clarke looking polished on the deck but loses out at vital times in the air. Fleck is looking better than last season, particularly at Carlisle. Worst - Baker Anyone who went to Vale will know what I mean. Biggest problem is lack of strength in depth. Against Brentford, we needed to change things but had no one on the bench to make a difference.

Yeah always a good player in my opinion but never looked like he would take it to the next level as Cyrus has but yeah I think your right the kick up the backside he needed, still very young too as a lot of people forget with most of our squad as a lot of them have been around for a few years now

In terms of baker am I right in thinking he had an op pre season or end of last season ? Could it be lack of fitness maybe or is it something completely different

Not sure if this is why , but Baker has been woeful this season , and only been effective for 2 half games

Webster is far from our worse player , he's been pretty fucking solid , and let's remember he had no professional training or team until the 3rd game of the season ( this could discount the Baker unfit claim I suppose)

Moussa has been terrible for the most part me this season , his ability to drift out nd a game we need him in is almost a skill unto it self , fans have short memories with him and Baker , a couple nd great goals does not make a great player

J Clarke
One sentence for you - another game , another headed goal
Now I think , outside the box hep been one of our best players , at re that sentence
