It's the only way.
Pity an arbitrator didn't run it with the final outcome binding.
Unlikely the Trust have the experience yet to do it but getting someone in might be a good use of funds.
Surely both parties agree that the "Ricoh Football Arena needs to be run totally by the Football Club, including all revenue streams"
Can someone be 100% that this is what "both" parties really want or have one or both got a hidden agenda.
I am sick of this the doors of The Ricoh are open and they (ACL) wont talk to us bollocks...time to have an open debate with all parties, lets see who is bullshitting...otherwise we will continue to go round in circles until the club dies. lets get it all out in the open, The Sky Blues Trust MUST make this happen...NOW
This is a reasonable point and has been brought up in the past, time might be right to suggest it again. Especially now Mr Fisher is also doing Forums. The one tonught seems to be invite only but the others next week are for anyone who wants to attend.
Yes, easier to be economical with the truth in a statement or an interview than when looking someone in the eye.
Mightn't it be better suited to a radio debate though? Just thinking any audience is going to be an away match for SISU, and a hostile atmosphere gives an excuse for fluffing their lines.
PWKH - if you were invited to a face-to-face debate with Tim Fisher, organised and moderated by the Trust, would you accept?
No. I tell the truth. There would be no point, I am afraid. I look forward to the various Court cases that seem to be in train and for the truth to come out because it does eventually.
PWKH won't attend ... as I said in another thread: Looks like any debate is only going to be in the court.

All sides have too much to lose for it to ever happen. You have to always remember neither side gives a toss about you other than how much of your money can they grab.PWKH won't attend ... as I said in another thread: Looks like any debate is only going to be in the court.
The Charity, ACL and Council are all respondents in the Judicial Review and for legal reasons there would be a lot of things they could not answer. Whereas TF would not be so restricted he could say what he likes, ask questions he knows the other side cant answer because of the JR etc . I would understand why ACL, Council & Charity would not take part. It would be a PR disaster for them even if they did have all the evidence, could tell the whole truth etc the legal restrictions would mean they could not answer and make them look evasive and weak. They can not afford that to happen.
I think we need all parties in the same room - the truth of who is killing our club needs to be outed, because the are both blaming each, and our club is dying!
Lets be clear, consensus is that the ACL rent is too high. However, even at full and existing rates for the whole if SISU's tenure, it would only account for one tenth if the purported losses.

That means 90% aren't associated with ACL in any way. There is blame on both sides, sure, and it's a shades-of-gret debate; but where principal blame lies for the clubs current position isn't something that needs further debate
OK - lets not cloud the issue with court cases ect....I want to know - if ACL are saying the doors are open and SISU are saying that they are not SOMEONE is lying....this small issue could mean we play away from COVENTRY - something that many are not going to buy into...lets get this sorted and MAYBE we might get a stay of execution (for now) until the court case is heard...I am not asking for all issues to be resolved just this one, both sides have happily discussed this topic in public via newspapers/forums/radio ect...

Dont think we're going to get talks till Appleton makes his mind upThis still needs to happen we need (demand) clarity from all sides - can we broker a deal to stay at the Ricoh? - If TF / ACL / CCC are lying they need to be taken to task, all we have is TF version of events...Please someone push this forward maybe the Trust? I know it was mentioned at the forum but it was not pushed enough we need a definitive yes or no from all stakeholders.
