'We have pursued every possible avenue'.....no you didn't! You didn't pursue the option of dropping court action!!...you didn't pursue the option of an 'unconditional' offer!! You didn't pursue the option of dropping the idea of building a new stadium!! You wanted your cake and to eat it...and ou've ended up with nothing. Time to clear off sisu once and for all...you just don't get it do you!!!

When will get it it? The biggest protagonists in this whole debacle have always been CCC/ACL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The council have played their part, especially recently, but the hedge fund have been arrogant and reckless and threatening with the very people they needed to get onside for 4 years now. SISU have all but destroyed the club, the council washed their hands of the arseholes when they refused to stop talking about stadium La La Land !

Wouldn't agree with that either, the council have shamed themselves but SISU cocked it up as well. They've pissed about playing games with regards to the Ricoh for years now, it's only when it was too late they decided to put an offer in which they probably in all honesty knew would not be accepted.

RFC, they are all to blame SISU, CCC, Higgs, etc...all of them, not one of the parties involved cares for the club, its just the fans that do.
