Yeah that's what I mean, we can have it settled at full time at Blackburn by our own doing and it doesn't matter what anyone else does

But it wouldn't matter if we played after millwalls next game

Just say covcity4life is always right!

What a fucking journey hey! We’ve been to hell and back but the club has never been so back! Let’s enjoy the moment even if it is for 1 season. The club has never been in such a sound footing to push on.

If Millwall played on Thursday and drew that would put us up, I don't want no Teletext promotion!

Fully agree.

Had a ST next to my Dad since my first once nearly 30 years ago. Even when I’ve lived away, played myself on Saturdays etc, I’ve been to every game possible with him.

Unfortunately he has cancer so we could have loads of seasons left together or just a few.

So this season means all the more for that.

It’s very, very special.

I lost my dad last year and although he stopped going over recent years apart from a few here and there, I recall the glory days of me and him going to HR and all the memories of those years. I’ll certainly raise a glass to my dad when the trophy gets lifted!

Just back. Well done everyone.

Apologies to anyone who may have witnessed a silver Nissan on the M4 at about 5pm, whose occupants appeared to be leaping around in the front…and whose driver proceeded to beep the horn quite a bit.

Never said we couldn't we've been going wild at home! Just that the P won't be there until it's mathematically confirmed.

Perfect scenario:

Win v Blackburn to confirm promotion

Entertaining draw v Pompey to send Leicester closer to the precipice

Win v Hollywood to secure the title

Nope. If Millwall were playing before us and they didn't win, we wouldn't be able to confirm it mathematically ourselves because it would already have happened.

I hate it when players dive to get a free kick. Looked a fair challenge to me.

Call me soft but I do feel for the Boro fans (Juninho's fault for me having a soft spot for them), I would be near suicidal I think if we had fucked up like they have (we had a slight flirtation with doing it)

Butttt....... We are up, actually all I give a shit about 25 years since this club truly broke my 15 year old heart. 🩵🩵🩵🩵 Would have been nice to win today but meh whatever enit

Would be nice to win the title at home, but we'd have to be 7 points clear after the Wrexham game to lift the trophy that day. Very possible, but have a feeling it might go to the final day.

We've done this today in the most City way possible.

Doesn't matter though. First time in 26 years that we can say with certainty that we will be in the best league in the world next year. We are now one of the very best

But I am thinking of OldSkyBlue58 - I so wish he was here to enjoy the moment!

It was such a poor performance by us, doesn't help. And it's not officially official yet, I guess.

Had we won today, it'd be an entirely different feeling.

weird isn't it. maybe we've set the standards too high - that Wednesday result was so deflating. Wanted to win it rather than have Boro hand it to us. Need to buck up quick if they want the championship win rather than hoping Boro & Saints can win it for us.

Same here after today's performance it's going to take me a couple of days to get over that.

Onwards and upwards.
