Probably exactly the same as 80% of this league, and is in fact the stated way of how we have developed so far and continue to develop. Sell your talent once you have got a replacement in - make a profit, develop the replacement and repeat - Ideally getting stronger each time
That is where the management/coaches/scouts come in. Do it right, you get constant progression and ultimately promotion, One bad season however could mean relegation (see Barnsley)
