I’m talking mostly about the results since we lost Jones to injury and then kelly(the biggest loss) .
We’ve lost 2 games in the 6 in the league since they got injured winning 3 .
I honestly expected us to really really struggle especially without jones but it seems the biggest loss is kelly as we are conceding more but still scoring and picking up points .

If we can do some good business albeit loans in January and with players like Marc mcnulty being on top form I’d say we are very well positioned for an push on automatic promotion from January .

Get kelly back fit , get a couple of wingers in on loan and a goal scoring target man would be great .
Here’s to a hopefully happy 2018 PUSB

We will finish 3rd IMHO

On the flip side though, are we not seeing a few more goals due to the fact that Kelly is out? He's very negative and with Bayliss in there we seem to be a bit more attacking. Not to say I don't like Kelly, he's a good player but him and Doyle are a bit too similar

Most definitely. I'm sure we all hoped for a successful season, buts let's face it, we had no idea what might happen, so I'd snap your hands off for a guaranteed playoff spot.

Although I'm slightly concerned that the prevailing attitude from City fans over the past few years, seems to be that if we make the playoffs then we go up. Unfortunately it's only a 1 in 4 chance. I fear that the backlash from the "floating" fans if we ultimately end up losing a playoff semi or final will be huge
