SISU via Joy Seppala approaches the main decision maker for ACL, Higgs and Council. With the deal they are currently getting at Northampton and ask ACL to match it for a 4 year rent deal.
During these 4 years SISU try to negotiate ( as oppose to force) a agreeable solution for all to this mess, or they build their new stadium.
It seems clear ACL can bob along and survive without CCFC. Financially crushing them via the court action route is pretty much exhausted now.
So the concept of keeping the club away to break ACL is diminished so why continue to punish and alienate the fans, lose money yourself, get bad press and jeopardise the future fan base.
SISU still have a strong card as ACL is currently worth less than its true value due to the actions of SISU so they are still better off when they negotiated before.
They should have made a decent off prior to the JR whilst they had two strong cards, it was their mistake not too. Lets hope they don't make the same mistake again.
