Yeah Gilbert knew before the council and wasps. Of course wasps would have known.Well I find it hard to believe two things
1. Wasps were unaware of this action going into negotiations
2. If wasps were genuinely unaware, that Sisu believed they could keep it hidden and it wouldn’t come out during discussions
So it doesn’t look like to me that either side entered negotiations with the intention to do a deal.
