We could easily have a mutually beneficial relationship between stadium owner and club, as long as said stadium owner doesn't let the cockroaches back in. Ideally we'd own both but these arrangements don't need to he as hideous as ours has been.

Well this King bid is subject to EFL approval one of their stipulations is a ten year guarantee of where home games are played. Not sure if sisu or this King bloke can guarantee that unless they get the ground that is.It would look a lot more like a direct challenge to Ashley with the club staying in Coventry being used as a bargaining chip.
The requirements for the EFL are basically....."proof of funds" + "no unspent convictions".
