Reeves "doesn't know" if Richardson will still be involved

He also drops Duggins in it multiple times by saying Duggins knows things he has claimed he doesn't.

He is saying that people haven't asked about "discussions" and that they have only asked about "formal requests for funding".

What a c**t.

This Steve guy seems to be primarily defending Duggins so its probably Duggins himself. Account was only created a few days ago

They have been open with absolutely nothing. You have just said everything is a conspiracy when it's suggested they are up to no good.
Now it's "they have been open".

Of course he's involved with it for fuck sake.

The letter you’ve posted to Ridley dated 18th October says that they’ve been talking to anyone who could keep the arena going!

This is the problem with vague accusations of “involvement”. Do you even know what you’re accusing and can you describe it without the words “involvement” or “fucking the club over”.

It seems like a bunch of parties were interested, and only one went anywhere. I’m honestly not sure what you wanted to happen. Should the ACL administrators not have accepted Ashley’s bid? Should the council not have discussed their hopes for the arena with interested parties?

By saying formal discussions/things didn't happen each time, he swerves the whether 'any' discussions/things happened. He then overlays that swerve by saying the 'it never got that far' - which sort of implies that those areas were discussed. Slippery as a snake (if articulate) and looks a bit like Voldermort.

I think the frustration is that we have no idea exactly what happened with Ashley, other bids etc. The fact that its come out that the council have been in kahoots with Wasps in trying to get additional funding and Duggins and Reeves have been caught telling multiple lies then makes it look like they are further trying to fuck us over, even if they are not. They simply have to go now as all trust is lost

Maybe they can say who's bid what?

One went somewhere because it was preferred. Preferred by who?

It isn't a vague accusation, reeves is up to his fucking neck in the situation.

Hopefully the c**t gets sacked.

It also says in the letter they haven't spoken to wasps, yet wasps voted on a fucking bail out.

And if it meant ACL liquidated and Sisu and the council and Mike Ashley in a bun fight?

Or Sisu take over the Arena and everything carries on as normal?

The council have said no involvement with the admin process, they’ve been open throughout that they’re working with bidders. I’m still not sure what the smoking gun is TBH. Reeves went around looking for people to buy the arena before it went pop, seemingly including Sisu from what he’s saying. Only the Ashley bid went anywhere.

he did not contact SISU or CCFC. DB wrote asking for a meeting when he heard of potential Admin. Joy then followed up on evening Admin was announced

I guess a letter of complaint needs to go into council first... Is this the council complaint system or the council complaint system?

After that, a letter to the ombudsman out this whole tom fuckery.

Not seen anything of today's stuff... although it was covered on CWR which I had on just in car.
A lot of general public outrage via texts into CWR.
But what can anybody do??.... CCC know that too... and have done for years.
If anything does happen to Reeves/Duggins tenures it will be after Thursday...

Ive cleaned my specs and I wiIl give you that there is one “may not“ and one “may” - but not lots of mays. The council may choose not to forfeit the lease, but if they do then the bondholders would have to challenge the forfeiture, if the bondholders lost that challenge, the mays in red would become wills.

it is very complex, people in this thread are mixing up administration and liquidation and most haven’t read the prospectus. I’m not sure many of the bondholders have read it,

Interestingly the potential loss of the lease or any reduction of it is not a bidders condition?

If it means an attempt to fuck the club to get it for cheaper, we are.

If he comes in and suddenly wasps are there and haven't been relegated we are back where we started.

If he wants the rugby club there he would certainly want us there. If he wants to take us over I don’t think he’ll be waiting years. Already 58 and put £50 million on the table for Derby.

So the line seems to be Reeves has been off having chats with anyone and everyone, including Hottinger. But none of those went anywhere beyond an initial conversation and there was no figure put on match funding but even so it would not have been approved as council were clear on no bail outs.

You can’t honestly expect every single bid to be made public at early stages, that’s not how you attract bids at all. People won’t want all the details coming out until they have to. That’s what he was saying about no legal reason but a business reason.

What I took from that is the only serious offers that materialised were the ones we heard about. And that Sisu were offered a chance to bid and didn’t want to. Which we know because they wanted it to go to admin.

So again, I’m not sure what you wanted to be done differently. Are Reeves and Duggins slippery cunts? Sure. Same as Ridley and Gilbert are trying desperately to turn this into Watergate for their own reasons.

But in practical terms, unless either Sisu were stopped from bidding (and surely we’d have heard if that was the case) or there were other offers that were stopped (no hint of that either), then the admin/Wasps/ACL whoever can only accept what’s on the table and I don’t see how the club has been fucked over. The club wanted the arena to stay open until the break, it did. The club were offered the chance to bid, they didn’t.

If I were Sisu I’d have put together a proper proposal that outlines how they’d develop the arena, and make it public the second Wasps were in trouble. I can’t see past that again they’ve gambled on being the only show in town and again they’ve lost.

Because I’m quiet happy for “big” Mike to grab the stadium, then hopefully the football club and get that woman as far from my football club as possible. With him the premiership is possible, with her division one and below eventually the more likely.

Then Joy needs to come out and say that as he’s stated clearly on record that he did.

Are you claiming Sisu had a bid ready to go? Why didn’t they submit it to the administrator? Why were they writing letters asking for meetings and not picking up the phone? Boddy has repeatedly said he was in frequent contact with Reeves, why didn’t he just mention it?

Did it? Because Reeves says it didn’t and it would never have gone anywhere with it as he was told no bail outs with taxpayer money.

We’re talking about a three page document here let’s remember. This is the CRFC email all over again. Someone suggests something stupid, it goes nowhere, everyone acts like it was about to happen.

Well according to you and Ridley, at least one the 18th of October they said they’re talking to anyone who could help.

It’s not spin is it? It’s just not frothing at the mouth about something that may or may not come out in the future.
