There is zero credibility left. Every cunning plan has fell on its arse.

Yet they hammer ccfc and not her.

What's your point? You seem to be justifying it.

Pete, they don't care if CCFC are affected, as long as they are getting at SISU. Been going on for years, and is absolute fact!

That's the thing. People say sisu don't care about ccfc so why would they be bothered if ccc stick the boot in to ccfc?

It's like the trust all over again when they were applauding it thinking it was showing sisu. It wasn't.

No I’m pointing out the folly of a council destroying an owner of a 130 year old institution and not caring what happens to the club

I’m not justifying anything but the bottom line is from the other perspective what do they actually see?

Seppala has acted like a petulant child from the minute the sixfield plan failed

It was a good strategic plan but it failed

Since Then it’s been increasingly desperate strategies - no bid from hee could ever be taken seriously - she’s got no credibility

while she remains here we will always be last in line

And they say the Consevatives ard bad. One thing for sure is that the politicians of this city dont have any affection for the club. Duggins and Reeves et al need removing from post, being untruthfull seems a prerequisite in the local Labour party and senior management at the council. Wankers the lot of them.

Coventry council are pretty bad though, not many local councils as bent as ours

Obviously for the same reason as Duggins the other way - they are her Nemises - she’s in the past managed to get her own way and be a strong figure in her murky world. Now she’s been battered at her own game and frankly is past it

There will be some plan that fucks the club over.

Fuck the club over, where have you been ? We have an owner who puts didley-squat into the club, took us out of Coventry twice and talked of doing it again, a manager having to constantly pull up trees with a pathetic budget to work with, she would sell any star for any fee with almost bugger all for reasonable replacements and the club is in a transfer embargo again, shall I go on,

As landlord it i perfectly right that a change in the tenant structure is discussed with the landlord, who would have had to sign a non-disclosure. So far so sensible. But it looks like the professional arm of the Council had a clear agenda that involved using Council money to prop up a failing business. Wrong on almost every level.

Just catching up on all this and rarely would I say this but wtf !

The only answer to wasps requiring council help was no you are on your own. Same as the council has always done for the many coventry companies that have gone bust "needing" council help over years.

Beggars belief they even considered it, even before the apparent deception going on.

Just so so wrong

Quite, so the question is why were Reeves and Co. so desperate to throw money at an organisation already in debt to the tune of £100 million and with little prospect of ever making money. One hypothesis has to be that they are desperate for Wasps not to fail so that dodgy dealings from a few years ago stays buried.

No it doesn't. Going to the council could also be construed as going for a vote on the proposal.

It doesn't mean Duggins, or any other councillor, are not involved in all this, or didn't know about it.

TBF it says that "Coventry City Council had engaged...". Not Reeves himself. CCC. Also "We...". That implies others would have known. Perhaps not full council but certainly it wasn't just him.

Bingo! Its all about saving face and hiding shady dealings. Its sickening and there should be a full investigation. These people do not have the interests of the city or its people at heart, only their own personal or hypocritical political agendas.
