Yeah but confused why it says they resigned but there is no filing history for that. But also shows they have been terminated

Didn't want to spook something going on back then, but wouldn't concealing they'd done that be an issue?

Before Christmas, hopefully long before, we’ll know if that turns out to be right. If someone else remains in charge of the ground and SISU remain in charge of us, it’s not getting better.

If Wasps demise isn’t used as a catalyst to propel the club forward there is something very wrong.

We have a football club owner (been screaming for stadium ownership for years ) without a stadium, we have a stadium owner without a tenant, we have a football club & fan base without a stadium and we have a stadium with no team.
it’s all come to this point, if those in positions of power “on all sides” are unable to join the dots and make this happen now, we may as well all give up and go home now.

Not sure that’s in a Buyers interest. SISU included, it’s not worth it to buy ACL. Not with the loaded debt

You are putting the blame on the club for not having a new stadium!!! Red herring and distraction. Stop it

Okay who’s fault is it we don’t have a new stadium? It’s the councils fault wasps were here, it’s their fault we got ripped off with rent, it’s their fault we may not play at the CBS Tuesday. But let’s not pretend sisu are blameless, this ground situation should’ve been sorted years ago

With Richardson becoming a director recently shouldn't his fund's be being utilised?

Okay - then let CCC put short -term funding in until the WC break and then let liquidation ensue. Hopefully, a new buyer could be sought in the WC break.

We won't get points docked, its completely out of the clubs and the clubs owners hands. Your example is about a clubs owner not wanting to fund the club.

we haven’t a 10 year arrangement still in place. In the end you can’t keep lining on flaky ground arrangements which clearly haven’t provided any security to play games. Patience will start to wear thin

If money is changing hands to get the game on could that indicate it's coming from the eventual purchaser as part of what's accepted in the overall deal?
Not withstanding a chicanery move by Richardson?

Seen a previous post worded as 'CCFC' paid ACL to get the game on. Not sisu. Well worded.

There's only 1 offer on the table. That offer, if it doesnt go to shit is the best any of us can hope for

What relevance is that? I go to 75% of games which is pretty good considering I live in Norfolk.

We can argue that we signed a 10 year agreement and someone else has voided it. We did our bit, someone else messed up.

We have done what we reasonably can. This is not going into administration ourselves, this is a freak one off which I don’t think has precedent in the rulebook

As they aren't in admin shouldn't they be running as normal? Bit of a pisstake to turn round and say your event isn't going ahead unless you give us more money. Have they done the same to other events there this weekend, the casino, hotel etc?
