I guess they'd say that because it would be in the administrator's hands, so not under their control.
It would be unusual for an administrator to walk into a business that has a reasonable chance of being sold and then move straight to liquidation.
Anyway, time will tell.

I thought that Derby County FC went in to administration but the football ground was owned separately by Mel Morris. I assume the Administrator paid the rent and claimed it back through the sale of the clubDidn't the administrator for Derby keep it running on the basis of the eventual owner's picking it up from the overall deal?
