Easy to manipulate, it also seems the comments are as well as sometimes you see abusive posts stay yet normal posts go. Somebody is playing the system.

Not a reliable voting system.. I managed to vote No then tested if I can now vote Yes.. which I did then I had to Vote No again. So therefore got to vote three times.
