The council hierarchy are pretty silent on Wasps now. They’ve become a bit like the drunk uncle no one wants at the wedding

Was going to say the same. Surely you’d look at grounds as close to Wales as possible.I'd have thought Bristol would be a more preferable location than Cov for them. Only half an hour or so by train from Cardiff

Chester City on the other hand (top couple of tiers of non league) are in trouble with Welsh police as despite part of their ground being in England and playing in English league, have most of their pitch in Wales and have been allowing fans in to watch!!....
The whole stadium is just about in wales. The car park however is in england. Maybe they could build a temprorary stand in the car parkWould it be OK if you only allow fans to watch from the areas around the pitch that are in England?
