That would be a disaster for us. Sisu won't be here forever, but we'll likely never get a stake in the stadium for a lifetime.
People moan about lack of ambition now, just think how depressing it will be playing in a stadium with yellow seats.

I honestly dont see how it would be good business sense to continue with the "london" part of the name , for example it would be extremely offputting for anybody in the midlands to support this team , as im guessing they will be hoping on future generations of local support .
midland wasps would make geographical and business sense

I heard that sisu were not interested in the Ricoh, and had moved on, so what does it matter?
We are going nowhere but down with sisu, but just maybe, this consortium is interested in buying Coventry City, it could just happen. If not, sisu are moving us to a new stadium according to Rob S.
:thinking about:
So £30m for 100% and 250 years, so £120k per annum for 100% of £60k per annum for 50%.
Sisu offered what £5m initially for 50% over 42 years lease remaining with loan in place. £60k x42 =£2.5m.

Then they offered 2 million
Got to remember that won't be like 30 million cash either.
Is this such a good deal for the "Tax Payer"?
is it such a bad one?
They probably wish they had carried on with the purchase now.
Wasn't that cash though? Well I say cash, like all in one go?

I personally don't think it will make a difference to the average Joe tax payer if they sold it for £1 or £100 million, that's why I put it in speech marks as all we hear about is the tax payer.
When SISU were going to buy it the tax payer was the most important person in the world, couldn't possibly let them lose out.
Nobody seems to be that fussed about the Children's charity either. Will they be getting all of their money? The CET haven't confirmed it and keep saying they are unsure.
All about the balance btw
