Haha I did think that too! I assumed it was camera issues as there was only audio not video online

No sky have cut all highlights to just goals, we need a 6 goal thriller to get 30seconds

That’s the most important 13 seconds however would like to see Jordys miss when he went round the keeper plus the great save from the Southend header.

The match got about 48 seconds on the football league show (now shown on the “Quest” channel of all places). And Dean Ashton, Colin Murray and another guy who I didn’t recognise spent about 3 minutes talking about our plight. Poor coverage really but in fairness there are a lot of teams to cover in the EFL and Bury/Bolton got about the same airtime.

I was right in line, great control, great touch around keeper, Bako covered in centre by defender. As Jordy shaped to shoot defender came off Bako and slide across goal to block shot which was on target.

It wasnt a miss mate sometimes you have to appreciate some clever last ditch defending.

Games in Birmingham, highlights on quest, what next, press conferences in china

Quest is a dreadful deal for the EFL. Same as what La Liga did and they lost millions of viewers last seasons

Agree. Not sure how much else he could have done there with the angle all those factors considered. Could have perhaps leathered it into the top corner but always a chance that'll go flying over the bar if you're a bit off balance. Good defending from the Southend player.

I watched Quest on demand earlier and they showed more highlights (their missed header was far worse than I'd realised - I'd have done better, even at my age and with specs!)

Robins in his interview said "lift it" - he was critical of Hiwula in similar situations last season

He took a really good couple of touches to work the shot. Good defending I guess.

I am saving those 13 seconds for a very dull time to come in the next week probably when it’s pissing with rain - I saw it live and can remember it - shame that defender got to Jordi we were up celebrating !

That's exactly as I saw it. Thought he did everything right - just foiled by some great defending. Didn't feel like a 'miss' - Nothing like Thomas's attempt at Portsmouth last season.

Keeper also got a touch on him, nearly tripped him. Good defending from what I saw.
