Robins' subs and when he made them?

Subbing Daniels off for Reckford was a good move, Daniels looked way to uncomfortable and out of his depth. Rating &

Cody on for McSheffrey, 'Mcca', who is supposably better than Henry played awful and brought on Cody, who is a goal threat and hit the post, weren't too bad. Rating 7

Henderson, well he had to be sent on for Jennings, altough shaky, I'm tipping him to come good. Rating N/A

Hopefully his starting XI changes a little bit though.

Hopefully he'll start McDonald next week, and bring Moussa in. Have a lot of faith in him.

Reckford looked good. What did Robins say afterwards? I didn't hear the CWR interview.

Actually Reckford looked very good, wide range of movements, didn't lose ball, covered back well, followed his man to mark in def situations.. I was impressed. didn't really see how well he heads though.

I thought all 3 subs, even one being forced, were correct, well timed, and made when required in an attempt to change the game, all of which is nice to see for a change

Very impressed by what he said.

Something along the lines of that we allowed Carlisle a stroll in the park. Said we needed to be quicker and sharper with our passing and that he needs to assess who wants to play for us. He envisaged shipping a few out on loan if they didn't want to be here.

I was very impressed with what he said.

He also said this:

Robins said: "The clear thing from the game is that we are completely bereft of confidence. If we pass the ball forward with purpose we're going to create chances because they are better players than the opposition.
"In terms of individual performances, there were some decent ones, certainly in terms of work ethic. It's a mental thing. We are in a period where, we are not accepting defeats, but we are looking to take an easy option and pass it back to the goalkeeper rather than pass it to someone in the middle of the park who is marked."

The Reckord substitution had a massive Impact ,shifting klibane forward ,who I thought had a far better game than some of the marks in the ratings thread. However Reckord came on and we started to dominate down the left flank, keeping it on the floor and not continually giving away possession, thus leading to us hitting the post twice within 5 mins.

He played quite well when he came on, however it. Was the obvious sub as there was little other options in the bench. I don't mean that negatively.

I managed to call both substitutions before they happened so I would say they were an improvement on past managers.

Me too actually. Always like it when that happens.

I was also impressed by what robins has said, he seems clear cut in whtat he wants and expects . he sees the weakness's we have and seems to have set his stall out either step up or step out,

None of the usual clap trap that a new manger usually waffles after losing the 1st game
