I will sign it when i get home! Petty crime has shot up since the lights have gone off near me!

It is dangerous being so dark also!

Drive slower,

Adjust your speed according to the conditions you drive in. Whether the lights are on or not.

People broke in to my car when the lights were on.

Is that a dogging tip?

Driving in it is fine as my car has lights but wouldnt fancy walking in it!

Use a torch. Like we did in the 1970's power cuts.

How many people actually walk out after 12:00?.....Burglars excluded.

People walking from cars to their house etc! I am not saying everybody who goes out will be murdered because of the dark but reported crime by me has deffo gone up!

Is the reason to save money? If so will i get a refund for council tax?

Flippancy aside.. I just cannot believe in 2013 how this can be even considered as a smart move..... its Dickensian in its origins... madness.
