Most Sunday league clubs players warm up before going on the pitch they might have a puff of a fag but they still warm up - most professional teams warm up and warm down for an hour after the game
If that was true about Yakubu yesterday going straight on without even a stretch and immediately pulling his hamstring it's beyond belief

He only has one run in him, so doesn't want to waste it down the touchline before he gets on.

One that gets me the most annoyed is at half time.

Last few seasons I've noticed other teams come to the Ricoh and have either a fitness guy with the subs going through warm up drills or the players properly getting ready so they are good to go should they get the nod.

Our players on the other hand generally piss about, half the time can't hit a 30 yard pass to each other and shoot from 18 yards out and miss an open net.

Sort of sums our season up...Sunday league at best.
