Ward swap for Bell? (1 Viewer)

I just read that Naaaaaarich are after Ward, and they want to give us a Bell! A David Bell to be accurate! Anyone know much about this guy, in terms of ability? Is he a decent replacement for Wardy? (not directly, more in terms of, is he worth it?) Can't say that anything springs to mind when I hear his name.

Naaaarich have denied that they are after Ward...so just a load of tabloid rubbish then!
