No - Tim says that the judgement was so damning in several areas that it can't be allowed to go unchallenged. And also that the club has no control over it somehow - can't understand his argument here but he is trying to say that it's not up to SISU/CCFC if they appeal or not, which sounds like a load of rubbish to me
Just been to the barbers (Short back and sides for those interested) and my barber (Lovely chap, not one for making up things) said that his mate who had organised a charity do at the Ricoh on one of the first Saturdays in September (We have home games on the 6th and 13th, both Saturdays) has been told he may have to move his event to the Sunday.
No reason was given for this
Oooooooooooo

Don't let this turn into a SISU/Sixfields/CarlBakerDay argument
Names changed to protect the innocent. Mr B was in a pub speaking to a man who he recognised from the Casino, let's call him Mr W. Mr B decided to tell Mr W that he had recently spoke to Mr F, whi advised there was a feeling that a sports franchise would be back playing its home games in a swish sports arena to fulfil a cup fixture against a welsh team. Mr B also went to on to tell Mr W that a certain player was in talks with a club as he had been advised that he was not in the managers plans here. The above may may not have happened the last Saturday of July.
as above, they are a club of football club owners, they will try to back CCFC wherever possible. In the past they have ignored their own rules to accommodate SISU so please don't start quoting the FA rulebook at me.
Except they won't. Can people stop getting their hopes up on this?
The £590k AND the legals need to be sorted, ACL said this quite clearly.
As spider has confirmed Sisu are going to keep dragging this out. The very earliest negotiations can start will be 3 weeks after the appeal was turned down (forgot the exact date now), and that's only is Sisu drop the legals, which they say they won't. So realistically, no negotiations for at least a few months while the appeal is sorted.
of course SISU will continue with the appeal, this "we want to come home " is their futile bid to get some more fans on their side.
I see no chance we will be back this season, or next for that matter.
I think ACL will continue renting the pitch out to the other local FL/Premier sides reserves and U18's. We have three big sides on our doorstep, Leicester, Villa and Birmingham, and then just a bit further the Likes of WBA and co. I can see them concentrating getting their minor sides to play their games at the Ricoh, there is obviously a demand and for the young players in these sides it gives them experience of playing in a big stadium, though an empty one at that.
