Walsall will have played on the Saturday and us not, so maybe that will work to our advantage.

We also owe them don't we, cos according to most fans on here that was a game we simply didn't turn up to.

Cup game against old manager Smiths Brentford as well, hopefully a highly charged game.

We were awful that day most comfortable 3 points Walsall will pick up this season. The JM injury after 2 mins seemed to shock the team and fans and we had no answer.

Most anonymous I've seen Armstrong this season as well.

4 points from that game & Burton wouldn't be a bad weeks work.

The expected stupid decision. Only the ultras and those who live 10 minutes away want a midweek night match in early January. No doubt there will be snow or ice and they will close motorway junctions. I will give it a miss as I would get home after midnight.
Why not schedule it for March or April when we have loads of blank weeks?

Why? I want Saturday 3pm. I don't want to travel in sub zero temperature on the awful West Midlands motorway system when it is unnecessary. Sorry too old and tired for such devotion. No consideration for the fans, many of whom are old and tired like me. Answer my question, why not March or April?

Crap decision. I travel down from South Yorks and makes it a real pain in the bum. No consideration for season ticket holders and fans in general who have to commute.

It's in the FL rules that if there is a free date within 4 weeks of the original fixture the game has to be played on that date.

Time to change the rules then. Do real fans get any consultation on these rules or only people who are not affected by them? Travel to games by chauffeur driven car and park in VIP areas. Thought so.

What do suggest. An opinion poll amongst people if they the date suits? I'm away so I miss it. Can't be helped.

We have booked a meal for Boxing Day, the whole immediate family, so 17 of us.

I have dropped out though so I can go to the game. Be just Subway or Pizza for me, but if City win it won't matter one jot!

Only be pee'd off if we fail miserably on the pitch. Will take a scrappy 1-0 any day of the week, even Boxing Day.

There's a case to be made that when preparing the fixtures they should take in to account how far fans will have to travel midweek and if public transport is available but past that whenever you schedule a match it won't suit someone.

The ones that are really annoying are when they get moved to a stupid time for TV.

These 2 games will test our unbeaten home record for sure (assuming we avoid defeat to Port Vale).

Let be honest the fixture list throughout Carlisle v Plymouth as a midweek game I would imagine a rearranged Coventry v Walsall in a Tuesday night they're not going to see a problem with.
Is there any free Saturday's between now and the rest of the season!? Probably not.

I get the issue for those outside of Cov but when do those that are unhappy propose the games played?
