Thanks oldskyblue.

Godiva, no I don't know more than oldskyblue and have never claimed to.

However it is possible that sisu can pay money to their shareholders without us knowing.

It may be possible, but is it likely?
You started your argument by stating sisu would take out 75% of tranfer income to repay their investors.

You ask OSB if they could do this without disclosing it in the accounts, and OSB reply that by law any payment to investors has to be disclosed.
There has been nothing like that in previous accounts, so is it likely they start at a time where the club is still running at a loss? I don't think so.

OSB also tell you that it is unlikely that any repayment have been made as the loans are still going up. The latest reported loan total is higher than the figures from the latest accounts, so the math suggests no repayment has been made.
To pay the bills there need to be money available. As there is no net profit, money can only come from more loans.

You should base your discontent with the owners on something factual, not some unlikely innuendo.

Factual. They do not disclose to us all the reasonable information we would like to know.

i.e. they plead poverty. Yet we do know who the actual investors in sisu are. We know nothing about them.

We have not seen the books for 2011, due to their actions.

I would love to base my opinions and views on facts.

However we are dealing with people who hide the facts.

For this reason I have to express what my opinion is based on the information available to me.

So sorry godiva as much as you and most definitely SISU would like it. I am not going to sit hear wait until it is too late because things are hidden from me. Then express an opinion once the information is out there and it is too late.

This is a forum that is about expressing a combination of views and opinions not just absolute facts. If it was just that it would be one hell of a boring forum.

Your reply to me suggested that maybe I think I know more than OSB about the books. I have never ever said that so if you want to play the fact game maybe you should try it yourself.

Also your reply seems to suggest that by knowing more than OSB, it suggests OSB has previously said it is a fact that SISU have never paid their investors a penny. Well as I have shown you it is fact that OSB has not said that. As it is a fact due to SISU's clandestine approach we don't know for a fact.

So actually the only facts are that SISU dont tell everything that argueably they should. Their actions lead to speculation about what they are not telling us.

Also it is fact that thanks to previous wars we are still a democracy we still have freedom of expression.

Luckily this allows me to to express my opinions fact of the matter is I will continue to express my opinion.

You find me someone who read my post and thought that maybe I am on the board or work in the accounting department and knew it for a fact. As oppose to expressing my opinion on the matter and I will find you a very simple person. FACT.

We have offered £5 to ensure we can say we made an offer and then he might sign for a big club. Northampton for example........

Pile of bollocks to get peeps to buy season tickets - just like the ALF stories at the start of last season a paltry bid no one will take any notice of.
