Its the shite formation. Mowbray needs to change it but is too stubborn. Even in pre season the 3 up front the 2 wider ones were too wide and often in the area of the field where you'd want your wing backs attacking. Last season we attacked mainly with just the front 4, it seems even less attacking this season. We actually have wingers, he should go back to basics and try 442 or 4231.When I have seen him, he is always stuck out wide and not really where you would see a poacher or a goal scorer. He doesn't then make many runs in at the far post, he looks really lost in that position.

To be fair Nick Turnbull loves to get forward and is clever and effetive when he does, he just needs to not leave the back line so exposed when he doesHaynes has been the only one to get truly forward, the thing is with that is he puts a cross in and there is only ever 1 person in there. When people like Sordell should be breaking their back to get in there as well.
