Any good? How did he look on the ball when he came on?

Difficult to assess him in only a cameo appearance.

First few passes found a team mate which was a bonus, wasn't afraid for get stuck in with defensive duties, but a long way off from knowing if he'll be any good

Did he seem to have any technical ability, given he is supposedly Fleck's replacement......?

I appreciate that he wasn't on for long

Might as well start against Sheff United, along with players who are definitely signed up for next season. Send the 2 bum chums back to Norwich

Bulgarian players are usually technically very good with excellent passing skills. I have not seen Gadzhev but would expect him to fit into that mould.

Just wanted to thank you for using his proper name instead of that Romanian nickname he`s probably going to be saddled with.

I`d overlooked that Vlad is an abbreviation of his first name. Should have checked before I posted!

Bit more about Gadzhev from the telegraph. Can play as a no 10 to, tho sounds like the English game has come as a shock to him. I hope it's not a early warning sign that he's not going to adapt. Time will tell.

Best thing to get him ready for next season is to play on the last few games of the season with nothing to play for.

He can play against Italy but not a L1 team

Was surprised to see him on the scoresheet in the week. Didn't strike me as a goal scoring type when he came on on Saturday

Agree the only way he can used to the game is by playing. And it's not like we have anything to lose starting to build in prep for next season from now is it

I'd like to see him given a go in the no 10 spot Saturday.
To play against sheff Utd is a welcome to league one, this is what to expect next year

He'd be better played in flecks role where he will get a bit more time on the ball, if he's finding English football intense already he'll struggle in the number 10 role.

Was more thinking if he's struggling with the physical demands as in the work rate and up and down the pitch drop him on the 10 where he can link up play and feed some nice balls through, and the write up said he's learning about the responsibilities tracking back winning the ball back. Might be a safer option there in the 10 if he's reluctant to do that for now.

Yes play him and get him used to the demands of getting up and down the pitch. Would like to see if he has the ability to control a game.
