I've been around the block now at 66. In my twenties I used to work for Hertz renta-a-car, and I watched Girls slowly promote themselves up the ladder. They had no sense of duty to the firm, only themselves. It was obvious to all but the men in the company around the age of mid 50's, who seemed to inexplicably take a shine to these good looking ladies and, consequently, obeyed their every wish.

There were some very strong rumours that came out some time later about Richardson's non disclosure agreement.IMO the minimal communication in relation to Vivash leaving the club replicates employment processes, when there is a risk of a dispute leading to an employment tribunal.
