Proper feels like they’re pushing this Adi gone thing a bit hard. Could be completely wrong but just seems a bit OTT. Wonder if he did do something that pissed off people at the club

Under SISU I don't think we even had that many footballs at Ryton?

Look, like it or not this is progress. You have to grow off the pitch to grow on it. We have been lagging behind for years. People move on for all sorts of reasons and the club will move on. Too many of our fans have unfortunately grown up following a club that was like a soap opera, wrapped in rumour, suspicion and double jeapordy. It's like they need a conspiracy theory everyday

why does something have to of gone wrong, seems quite simple to me, king and co thought we could do better in that department so we’ve replaced him, robins obviously didn’t disagree or he wouldn’t still be here.

No they don't, what on earth have the fans got to do with whether a club maintains a contract with a member of its backroom staff

I agree who is to say it wasn't Viveash's decision to leave? Too many fans are jumping to conclusions. Sometimes people just don't buy into new regimes or just feel after a long time in post it is a good time to step aside and let someone else have an opportunity.

I disagree with you on your first point though, I don't think fans are entitled to know what is behind every thing that happens within the club.

Farthest right (MD?) looks like he’s trying to control a ripper of a fart.

Nice to see George Boateng back with us.

That kit is foul, I must say. Looks like a hybrid of Brum and Shrewsbury home kits.

What will be most disappointing is obviously he’s been here for the ride, and won’t be to see us get over the line and into the the PL.

The epic meltdown I’m seeing everywhere really, really, really isn’t necessary though. So many fans need to get a hold of themselves.

Are you all this clingy, needy and paranoid in real life?

Seems to me that the club have evaluated our progress and decided rightly or wrongly, that new impetus in the the coaching team was necessary. Robins has been quite astute with refreshing the coaching set up in the past, however if this change does not bring about success it will be Robins that falls next.

If they're going to do that, the next thing they need to review is the captain and seniority. We need some proper leadership in the squad. That's probably the difference at this point between a top ten finish, and a top six one.

Agree. It would be refreshing if we all managed to take it at face value and trust the people paid to know what they are doing when it’s been decided and announced as well. What do we reckon the odds will be of that happening though.

Move on.

Some people simply don’t want/like change.

Keep doing the same things and you get the same results.

I personally welcome the changes, I believe them to be a good thing and have been made by cleverer people than me with the best intentions of the club in mind.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. We have had continuous success since Adi arrived and the last step to the Prem is the most difficult. If our players had gelled earlier last season after so many changes, we would have gone up. In the event, we were a whisker away from the FA Cup final. What same results are you talking about?
Four Wembley trips including a play off final? Some of the best performances we have seen in years? Two forwards scoring 19 goals each? Turning Vik from a lost soul to an awesome player. Getting the best out of Hamer and a fit O'Hare?
Our new coaches may be better, (and I hope they are), but Adi is a proven winner at Chelsea and here. Nothing but success all the way through.
Of course some people are never satisfied and think they can improve with change. I would not rule it out that we will improve, but would not take the gamble. Incidentally, I think we will go up this season but feel we would have anyway.
This feels to me like the Hull sacking when they were nearly there. Owners who wont play a long game and demand instant success. Don't think for a minute this will happen but just look at Birmingham.
Adi told Mourinho he would not change at Chelsea and he remained successful. That is called having the courage of your convictions.
Pure speculation, but I feel Adi would likely say the same to any new employees at the club.

You are assuming Adi didn't just decide to leave? That he didn't just fancy a change? Or a host of other reasons why he might want to move on or step aside? But change happens. Sometimes new impetus is good otherwise things stagnate.
"If it's not broke why fix it?" But are we not looking to buy better players?
